Consulting

In our consulting projects, we work together with you to develop tailored solutions that enable you to operate efficiently and safely with new or optimized systems.
A key focus of our services is the development and implementation of quality systems in the aviation industry.

Unsere Beratungsleitung deckt u.a. die Entwicklung und Einführung von Qualitätssystemen ab

PART 21, SUBPART J (DOA)

The structured path to certification of your aviation product – from aircraft and engines to propellers – including the approval of changes to already certified products.

PART 21, SUBPART G (POA)

Safe processes and clearly defined procedures form the foundation for the development and production of reliable aviation products.

Under Part 21 Subpart G (POA), structured processes are essential to ensure compliant production, consistently high product quality, and the successful certification of aircraft.

PART 145 (MOA)

Quality and safety in aviation are based on transparent, traceable, and reproducible processes.

Within the framework of Part-145 (MOA), structured procedures are crucial to reliably ensure maintenance, repair, and the continued airworthiness of aircraft.

PART CAMO (CAMO)

Part-CAMO defines the organizational requirements for organizations responsible for maintaining the continued airworthiness of aircraft.

EN 9100:2018

Sustainable quality and safety are achieved through clearly defined, traceable processes. EN 9100:2018 provides the binding framework for this and ensures that your organization operates reliably and in full compliance with standards over the long term.

SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
(SMS), ORGANISATION

Safety Management aims to identify hazards to flight safety at an early stage and to systematically assess risks. This allows safety risks to be minimized or proactively prevented before incidents or accidents occur.

SUPPORT OF CERTIFICATION PROJECTS (TYPE APPROVALS)

Aircraft, engines, propellers, as well as their parts and components, must be certified in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.

Certification is granted through a Type Certificate (TC) or a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), ensuring airworthiness and regulatory compliance.

ADVANCED PRODUCT QUALITY PLANING (APQP)

The objective of this approach is the holistic planning of new products or product modifications and ensuring that all phases of product realization are completed on schedule.
By applying APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), a structured process is established to support efficient and high-quality implementation.

DRONES / UAS / UAV

Efficient and safe UAS solutions require clear processes and regulatory expertise.
We carry out the technical assessment, structure the required compliance documentation, and prepare your system specifically for EASA-compliant certification – ensuring responsible and sustainable operations.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (IMS) IN AVIATION

To improve efficiency in complex aviation processes, integrated management systems (IMS) can be introduced. These combine existing regulatory-required and certified quality management systems and strategically leverage synergies to simplify and sustainably optimize processes.

Part-IS

EASA Part-IS requires organizations to implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS). We support you with analysis, risk assessment, and implementation – integrated into your existing structures and clearly focused on sustainable compliance.

Flexible. Solution-oriented. Practical.

Through targeted coaching, we optimally prepare your employees for their roles in the aviation environment. This enables your team to work safely, competently, and independently – even within complex regulatory frameworks.

Together with you, we develop individual, practical solutions and contribute in-depth expertise from our network of specialists. This network includes highly specialized disciplines and many years of experience in handling complex technical and organizational systems.

Thanks to our close contacts with EASA and national aviation authorities, we are able to develop viable and broadly acceptable solutions even at short notice. We implement these solutions in a technically sound, structured, and authority-compliant manner.

At all times, we keep economic efficiency in focus – delivering solutions that meet regulatory requirements while remaining practical and cost-effective.
