Project Management

CHALLENGE

How we start your project together:

To ensure your project is implemented successfully from the very beginning, we clarify the key points together:

  • What exactly are you planning?
  • What goals do you want to achieve with the project?
  • What is the planned implementation timeframe?
  • What additional requirements—e.g. from customers, operators, or national authorities—need to be considered?
  • Do you already have a project description or concept we can build on?

These questions form the basis for efficient project planning and enable us to understand your needs precisely and implement them effectively.

ANALYSIS

Understanding your requirements together:

During an initial consultation and a high-level assessment of your initiative or project, we gain a clear understanding of your requirements and evaluate how we can support you in the most effective way.

Especially for large-scale or complex projects, we recommend an on-site meeting to capture all relevant details and establish a shared understanding.

Among other things, we clarify:

  • What additional information we need to prepare an accurate proposal
  • What you should pay particular attention to in order to ensure successful project implementation
  • Whether the framework conditions are suitable and whether the collaboration is a good personal fit

Once all prerequisites are met, we move forward into the proposal phase together—laying the foundation for a successful partnership.

PROPOSAL

Tailored solutions for your needs:

Preparation of a customised proposal – Based on the initial high-level assessment and the information you provide, we develop a tailored proposal that is precisely aligned with your requirements and project objectives.

EVALUATION AND APPROVAL

Establishing clear agreements:

Joint review and approval of the proposal – We go through the proposal with you in detail, answer any open questions, and adjust it if necessary before you give final approval.

ORDERING AND CONTRACTS

Structured collaboration:

Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) – To protect sensitive information, we enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you.

For large-scale and complex projects requiring detailed preparation, we additionally align and conclude an individual contract. We also create a structured communication plan to ensure efficient collaboration and a smooth project execution.

IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

Efficient execution of your projects:

Depending on the project scope and requirements, our assignments are carried out either on-site or remotely.

Especially for large-scale and complex projects, we recommend appointing an internal project manager or project coordinator who acts as the central point of contact and ensures efficient communication as well as a smooth project workflow.

PROJECT COMPLETION

Securing results successfully:

Results evaluation and project closure – The evaluation of the achieved results can be performed, for example, through audits, gate reviews, confirmations by the relevant authorities, or final approval by the client.
